What is supplier overview
The supplier overview is intended as the glanceable overview page on any supplier that quickly represents all the information on that supplier. It’s therefore also meant to be accessible to people not familiar with Responsibly. It’s build up in a widget style, so pending feedback, we can easily add more widgets of informationSummary and Notes
The AI summary is auto-generated and auto-updated whenever you visit a supplier. That means it’s always fresh and up-to-date according to the latest data on that supplier, and at the same time, we don’t spend a lot of electricity (and emissions) on updating summaries no one reads The summary is made to provide a written summary of what you see on the overview page. It’s still in Beta, so let us know what’s more or less useful to include in this summary Below the summary, we include a space for internal notes, so you have have those 2 represented together. Score overview
The score overview shows the overall score on this supplier and the first 4 scorecards you have on it It also simplified scoring by further adding textual labels to it, like ‘very good’ or ‘very poor’ performance
Incident and risk overview
The incident and risk overview counts all the unique incidents and risks across the supplier For incidents it counts the number of topics/parameters the incidents are associated with, and the time frame of the incidents. It also shows how many of those risks have been managed For risks it counts the total number of medium/high risks observed across the number of contexts (a context can be an industry or location). It also counts how many of those risks are currently managed
Initiatives overview
Initiatives gives an overview of all the different types of actions found on the supplier, and divides it into relevant buckets. If a supplier doesn’t take any positive action, or haven’t been associated in any incidents from sanctions or in adverse news, it will be counted as 0
Due diligence status overview
The due diligence overview gives you an overview on how what the background is for the due diligence being done. There are 6 main items that contributes to the due diligence, and more can be learned in Overview of due diligence process , but a summary below:-
Names searched:
- Ultimately, the entity resolution and search term used for the due diligence is rooted in the names we search on. These are shown and counted here.

Countries:
- The countries or locations related to a supplier are the backbone of the geographical risk analysis. The number of locations we analyze are counted here.

Industries:
- The industries related to a supplier are the backbone of the industry risk analysis. The number of industries we analyze are counted here.

Websites:
- The websites on a supplier are monitored as part of that supplier’s online footprint. Data found on a supplier is still only matched to that supplier through the entity resolution process, and the names. However, this indicator shows the number of websites you have tied to this supplier and that are being tracked for the context of this supplier.
